Zero tolerance, in our business and our supply chain.
Workforce outsourcing only works when every worker is treated lawfully and with dignity. This statement sets out the steps Nuvia takes to make sure that's the case.

Our business
Nuvia Outsourcing Ltd provides payroll, compliance and workforce services to UK businesses across construction, healthcare, film & events, hospitality and professional sectors. We process pay for contractors and PAYE workers via certified UK partners.
Our policies
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. Our employment, supplier and whistleblowing policies reinforce this position, and every team member is briefed on the warning signs.
Due diligence
Right-to-work verification is carried out for every worker we onboard, using a government-certified identity service. We monitor changes to documentation, status and engagement throughout the working relationship — not just at onboarding.
Our supply chain
We choose technology, insurance and professional-services partners who can evidence their own anti-slavery controls. Where we engage recruitment partners, we expect them to operate to the same standards and we review that expectation annually.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery in connection with Nuvia or its supply chain can report it confidentially to compliance@nuviaoutsourcing.com. Concerns are reviewed by a senior team member and acted on without retaliation.
