What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice, that means:
- Clear typography, generous contrast and consistent spacing.
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate.
- Keyboard support across navigation, menus and forms.
- Alt text on meaningful images and labels on every form field.
- Motion that respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (e.g. partner platforms, video) is outside our direct control. We pick partners who treat accessibility seriously and review them regularly.
Reporting an issue
If you hit a barrier on this site, email accessibility@nuviaoutsourcing.com with the page, the device and browser you were using, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.
